QETC has a well-established office in Cairo, Egypt and more than 50 associates/representatives around the world providing expert information, advice, counselling, and assistance.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for an Academic Advisor at QETC Middle East in Giza. The Academic Advisor will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as student counselling, career counselling, academic advising, and communication with students and faculty. The Academic Advisor will also be responsible for providing information and advice on education opportunities, course selection, and academic programs. Other duties may include organizing and participating in workshops and events related to academic advising.QualificationsStrong communication skills (verbal and written)Extensive experience in student counselling, career counselling, and/or academic advisingKnowledge of higher education systems and academic program requirementsStrong presentation and facilitation skills for workshops and eventsExperience in working with international students is a plusMalaysian Graduate is a plusFluency in English is required
