We’re a passionate and collaborative team seeking a talented Account Executive to join us!Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated and organized Account Executive with a background in marketing, social media, and client servicing to support the management and growth of client accounts across Lebanon and the GCC. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing both client communication and internal project coordination in a fast-paced agency environment.Job Responsibilities1. Account Management• Act as a primary point of contact for assigned clients • Handle day-to-day client communication, requests, approvals, and follow-ups • Attend client meetings, take briefs, and ensure accurate internal communication • Build and maintain strong client relationships and ensure client satisfaction2. Project Management• Coordinate internally with design, content, video, and marketing teams • Assign and follow up on tasks to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery • Monitor timelines, deadlines, and project progress across accounts • Assist teams with administrative and operational support when needed3. Social Media Management• Schedule and publish content across social media platforms • Monitor handled accounts and ensure consistency and quality across platforms • Prepare monthly social media performance reports for assigned accounts4. Content Creation• Assist in developing monthly content calendars for smaller accounts • Support content ideation, caption writing, and content development • Conduct basic trend and competitor monitoring to support content direction5.
