NEXA is an award winning Growth Agency established in 2005 with offices in the UAE, KSA, USA, UK & AUS.We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Account Executive with a minimum of 3 years of Digital Marketing Agency experience who actively leverages AI tools to boost productivity and performance, to immediately join our team and support on a portfolio of dynamic clients. This role is ideal for someone who is ready to grow, take ownership, and be hands on across day-to-day account management. Strong communication skills, digital marketing expertise, and a creative approach to social media are essential for success in this role.What you will be doing:Supporting account manager across multiple client projects.Scheduling and publishing content across social platforms.Use of AI tools to enhance your productivity and effectiveness.Managing community engagement (monitoring, responding, escalating when needed).Assisting in developing clear and structured design briefs, shoot plans, social media calendar.Reviewing content and sharing feedback to ensure quality and alignment.Keeping content calendars and trackers consistently updated.Coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.Supporting on reporting and general account admin.What we’re looking for:3+ years of experience in a digital marketing or social media agency.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to multitask and manage priorities across different clients.Good understanding of social media platforms and content workflows.Clear communication skills in English (written and verbal).A team player who is proactive and reliable.Nice to have:Experience with content scheduling tools.Basic understanding of performance reporting.Exposure to working with design and creative teams.
