Role Description We are seeking a full-time Account Executive to join our team in a hybrid capacity, based in Cairo, Egypt, with partial remote work flexibility. The Account Executive will build and maintain strong relationships with clients, identify new business opportunities, and ensure customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies, meeting targets, preparing and delivering presentations, and collaborating with internal teams to optimize client services. Reporting and maintaining accurate records of client interactions are also key aspects of this role. Qualifications Proficiency in client relationship management, account servicing, and delivering tailored business solutions Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Data-driven approach with the ability to analyze market trends and client needs Experience using CRM platforms and familiarity with digital customer engagement tools is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field Self-motivated with the ability to manage time effectively in a hybrid work environment Prior experience in a tech or Saa S-focused industry is an advantage
