We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Social Media Account Manager to serve as the primary point of contact between our agency and our clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, coordinating internal teams, ensuring timely delivery of campaigns and content, and maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.The role requires strong communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and experience managing multiple accounts simultaneously within a fast-paced agency environment. 2–3 years of experience in account management, client servicing, or project management within a marketing, advertising, or social media agency.Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing processes.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Strong organizational and time management skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.Experience using project management and collaboration tools is a plus.Proficiency in Microsoft Office.Excellent command of English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
