This role owns full sales cycle, client relationship, channel development, and market expansion.Key ResponsibilitiesAchieve annual sales targets for PV mounting structures and solar trackers in Egypt and North Africa.Develop and maintain strong relationships with EPC contractors, developers, investors, and local partners.Lead end-to-end sales process: lead generation, bidding, negotiation, contract, delivery coordination, and payment collection.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, local policies, and customer demand to support global strategy.Participate in local exhibitions, seminars, and promotion events to enhance brand visibility.Support initial market setup including office coordination and local operation preparation.Requirements3+ years of sales experience in solar PV, renewable energy, or power equipment.Demonstrated track record of closing overseas PV projects; sales results or project references are preferred.Familiarity with Egypt/North Africa market dynamics and business culture is a strong plus.Ability to understand basic technical solutions and communicate professionally with clients.Self-driven, result-oriented, able to work under pressure and travel as needed.Fluent in English AND Arabic (written & spoken) – business working proficiency.Valid driving license is preferred.We OfferCompetitive total compensation: Base + Commission + BenefitsStrong platform and rapid career growthFull support from headquarters and Sungrow global resourcesInternational team environment with clear growth path
