Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role based in Ismailia, with some flexibility for remote work. The Account Manager will act as a primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships. Responsibilities include understanding client needs, overseeing project execution, coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. The role requires proactive communication, regular reporting, and ensuring client satisfaction at every stage.
