About The RoleAt Octane, we are transforming how businesses manage and control fleet and vehicle-related expenses across Egypt through our digital payment and fleet management ecosystem.As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing strategic B2B relationships with fleet operators, logistics companies, and enterprise clients within the automotive ecosystem. You will ensure that clients are fully utilizing Octane’s platform to optimize their fuel, maintenance, toll, and operational spending.This role is ideal for someone with strong experience in the automotive or mobility sector who understands fleet operations and thrives in managing enterprise-level client relationships in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.What You'll Be DoingManage a portfolio of B2B enterprise accounts in the automotive, logistics, and fleet sectorsServe as the main point of contact for key clients using Octane’s fleet payment platformDrive adoption and full utilization of Octane’s ecosystem (fuel, maintenance, tolls, and services)Build strong relationships with fleet managers, operations directors, and finance stakeholdersIdentify upselling and expansion opportunities across existing accountsEnsure client satisfaction, retention, and long-term account growthCollaborate with Sales, Operations, Product, and Tech teams to ensure smooth onboarding and executionMonitor account performance, transaction behavior, and usage trends using dashboards and CRM toolsHandle client escalations and ensure timely resolution of operational issuesConduct regular business reviews (QBRs) and performance reporting for clientsStay updated on fleet operations, logistics trends, and automotive market dynamics in EgyptKey Areas of OwnershipEnterprise Account Management (Fleet & Automotive Clients)Revenue Growth & Account ExpansionClient Success & RetentionFleet Platform Adoption & Usage OptimizationCross-functional Execution (Ops / Product / Tech)Data-driven Account Performance MonitoringWhat We're Looking ForBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field3–5 years of experience in Account Management, Sales, or Customer SuccessMust have experience in the automotive, mobility, logistics, or fleet industryStrong B2B enterprise account management experienceFamiliarity with fleet operations, fuel management, or automotive services is a strong plusExcellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skillsStrong analytical skills and ability to interpret usage and performance dataExperience working with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)Ability to manage multiple enterprise accounts simultaneouslyStrong problem-solving mindset and ownership attitudeIf you’re excited to join a fast-growing company and want to play a key role in supporting our people and operations, we’d love to hear from you.Send us your updated resume to hr@octane-tech.io with the subject line "Account Manager – Cairo".
