This role ensures factories are verified, compliant, activated on the FactoryMena platform, and listed with professional storefronts and product catalogs.Key Responsibilities•⁠ ⁠Scan the market and identify high-potential factories by category and region.•⁠ ⁠Build and maintain a structured database of factories (contacts, category, location, production capability).•⁠ ⁠Contact factories through calls, WhatsApp, email, and visits when needed.•⁠ ⁠Qualify factories based on readiness (MOQ, capacity, responsiveness, product quality, export ability).•⁠ ⁠Manage the full onboarding process from agreement signing to platform activation.•⁠ ⁠Collect and verify required legal documents (factory license, ID, banking details, agreements).•⁠ ⁠Coordinate factory storefront creation and product listing uploads.•⁠ ⁠Ensure product listings meet FactoryMena standards (accurate specs, clear descriptions, correct categories).•⁠ ⁠Follow up on missing information and ensure full completion with zero errors.•⁠ ⁠Maintain long-term relationships with factories and ensure continuous engagement.•⁠ ⁠Support factories in profile updates, listing improvements, and responding to buyer inquiries.•⁠ ⁠Track onboarding and supplier activation performance and provide weekly progress reports.Requirements•⁠ ⁠2-3 years experience in account management, supplier management or sales•⁠ ⁠Strong communication and negotiation skills.•⁠ ⁠Strong follow-up and relationship-building ability.•⁠ ⁠Experience in e-commerce, sourcing, manufacturing, or supply chain.•⁠ ⁠Highly organized and detail-oriented.•⁠ ⁠Comfortable working with manufacturers and industrial businesses.•⁠ ⁠Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills.•⁠ ⁠Arabic is required.•⁠ ⁠English is a must.Nice to Have•⁠ ⁠Understanding of factory operations (MOQ, capacity, lead time, compliance).•⁠ ⁠Own car / driving license.
