Focus on developing relationships with new customers, as well as expanding existing ones to preserve the customer loyalty to the Company. Manage the territory and interface with decision-makers. Development and execution of a business plan targeting medium to strategic accounts. Analyze customer needs to build solutions to our clients to provide them with business edge against their competitors. Interface with all internal departments to help solve customer problems and to achieve high level of customer satisfaction. Negotiate contracts to ensure best outcome in favor of our company. Prepare proposals and ensure the quality of the proposals to keep the company’s standards. Follow up with the PM department to guarantee project proper delivery, customer satisfaction and money collectionSkills. B.Sc of Engineering (Communication/Computer), Business, Sales, or Marketing. 4-6 years of experience. Technical certification is a plus. Preferably, knowledge of Data Center services (Colocation Services). Preferably, familiarity with Cloud computing and hypervisor technologies.What is unique about Raya?Are you an eager learner?
