The Account Manager will manage and grow a portfolio of customer accounts, acting as the main point of contact for day-to-day inquiries and service needs. Responsibilities include developing strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their product requirements for spices, herbs, seeds, and green coffee, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment. The role involves preparing quotations, negotiating pricing and terms within company guidelines, tracking orders and deliveries, and resolving any issues that may arise. The Account Manager will also monitor market trends, prepare regular sales reports, and contribute to sales planning and forecasting to support business growth.Qualifications Proven experience in account management, sales, or customer relationship management, preferably in food ingredients, FMCG, or related industries.Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to build trust and long-term client partnerships.Solid organizational and time-management abilities, including managing multiple accounts, priorities, and deadlines with attention to detail.Comfortable working with numbers, pricing, and basic sales metrics; proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and CRM or sales tools is an advantage.Ability to work on-site in Qesm El Maadi, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and handle client issues in a calm and solution-oriented manner.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Fluency in written and spoken English; additional language skills are a plus.Interest in or familiarity with spices, herbs, seeds, or coffee markets is beneficial.
