Job Title: Field Sales Representative – Safety ProductsJob Responsibilities:Implement field sales plans and achieve monthly and quarterly targets.Present safety shoes and safety & security equipment to targeted clients (companies, factories, distributors).Build and maintain strong relationships with procurement officers and occupational safety managers.Follow up on customer satisfaction after sales and resolve issues or complaints.Conduct regular client visits to introduce new products and follow up on orders.Gather market and competitor information and submit periodic reports to management.Participate in industry exhibitions and events to strengthen brand presence.Prepare weekly and monthly reports on sales performance and new opportunities.Follow up on financial collections and ensure adherence to payment deadlines. Educational background: Diploma or Bachelor's degree (preferably in Commerce, Marketing, or a related field).Minimum of one year of experience in field sales (preferably in industrial products or safety equipment).Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.Willingness to perform fieldwork and travel when required.Ability to prepare clear and well‑organized reports.Basic knowledge of digital marketing is preferred.
