Accountant- CMA/ CPA Certified - Construction Industry

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Accountant to manage the end‑to‑end accounting function of the company, ensuring accurate financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and strong financial controls across real estate development and contracting operations.This role also supports financial analysis, budgeting, and management reporting, with a strong focus on project‑based accounting.- (CMA / CPA / ACCA Certified candidates only from Construction /Real Estate Industry Background)Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Accounting & Record KeepingRecord and maintain accurate financial transactions including payments, receipts, petty cash, and bank transfersEnsure compliance with accounting standards and company policiesAccounts Payable & ReceivableProcess supplier invoices, payment vouchers, customer invoices, and payroll entriesReconcile payroll‑related GL accounts and analyze payroll variancesEnsure accurate and timely posting in the accounting systemAccount Reconciliation & Cash ManagementPerform monthly bank and GL reconciliationsManage Post‑Dated Cheques (PDCs), returned cheques, and follow‑upsMonitor cash flow and liquidityMaintain control over bank guarantees, performance bonds, and retentionFinancial Reporting, Budgeting & AnalysisPrepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statementsSupport budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysisAnalyze project costs, revenues, and profitabilityProvide management reports and financial insightsTax, Audit, Risk & CompliancePrepare VAT and tax filings in compliance with KSA regulationsCoordinate with internal and external auditorsEnsure compliance with statutory requirements and internal policiesIdentify, monitor, and mitigate financial risksProcess Improvement & Internal ControlsContinuously improve accounting processesImplement and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets and data integrity.Requirements:Education & CertificationBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fieldMandatory professional certification: CPA, ACCA, CMA, or CAWork ExperienceMinimum 5 years of accounting experienceMandatory experience in Real Estate, Construction, or Contracting industryStrong knowledge of project accounting, progress billing, retention, and bank guaranteesHands‑on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Yardi, or similar)Strong understanding of UAE / KSA tax and regulatory requirements.LanguageStrong Proficiency in English and Arabic
