About the RoleAs our Accountant, you won’t just be pushing paper—you will be the backbone of our daily financial health. You’ll manage everything from day-to-day bookkeeping and operational invoice reviews to assisting management with strategic budgeting. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys autonomy, takes ownership of their workflow, and wants to see the direct results of their hard work.Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Invoice Support: Support daily sales operations by thoroughly reviewing invoice accuracy to ensure smooth client transactions and precise billing.Budgeting & Cost Control: Partner with management to assist in budgeting forecasting and implementing smart cost-control measures to optimize profitability.Daily Bookkeeping & General Ledger: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR).Inventory & Stock Tracking: Work closely with operations to reconcile inbound stock, inventory costs, and cost of goods sold (COGS).Reconciliation: Perform regular bank, vendor, and internal ledger reconciliations to ensure 100% accuracy.Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including profit & loss (P&L) and cash flow reports.What We’re Looking ForExperience: 4 to 5 years of experience in general accounting or bookkeeping (experience in manufacturing, retail, or B2B/e-commerce is a massive plus!).Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Tech Savvy: Strong proficiency in Excel (you know your way around formulas and data tracking) and experience with accounting software.Attributes: High attention to detail, commercial awareness, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.Why Join Us?A dynamic, entrepreneurial work environment where your insights directly impact business growth.Opportunities for professional advancement as the company scales.Competitive salary and benefits package.
