Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Accountant, based in New Cairo. The Accountant will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, and assisting in the budgeting process. Day-to-day responsibilities include reconciling accounts, analyzing financial data, monitoring expenses, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The Accountant will also support audits, tax filings, and contribute to the financial decision-making process through data analyses. Qualifications Strong accounting and financial management skills, including proficiency in preparing financial statements, budgeting, and cost managementProficiency in accounting software and tools, with knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirementsAnalytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy in managing financial dataTime management and organizational skills to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks effectivelyStrong communication skills for interacting with team members, stakeholders, and external partiesBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is requiredProfessional certification such as CPA or CMA is a plusExperience in real estate or a related industry is highly desirable
