The Accountant will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial operations, including recording transactions, maintaining general ledgers, and preparing financial statements and reports. This role will handle accounts payable and receivable, reconcile bank and inventory accounts, and monitor cash flow to support business decisions. The Accountant will assist with budgeting, cost analysis, and financial planning, ensuring compliance with local accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams, supporting audits, and contributing to process improvements to enhance financial accuracy and efficiency.Qualifications Strong accounting fundamentals, including general ledger management, financial reporting, and account reconciliation.Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, and cash flow monitoring.Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems, as well as Microsoft Excel and other financial analysis tools.Knowledge of Egyptian accounting standards, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and proven ability to identify discrepancies and resolve issues.Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA) are an advantage.Relevant experience in medical devices, healthcare, or distribution industries is a plus.
