Maintain and manage the general ledger, ensuring accurate and up-to-date financial records on a daily basis.Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements including P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements.Handle all financial dealings with medical insurance companies, including claims follow-up, reconciliation, and reimbursement tracking.Process and reconcile insurance claims and MOH reimbursements, ensuring timely collection and accurate recording.Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing and proper reconciliation.Perform month-end and year-end closing entries and ensure books are closed accurately and on time.Reconcile bank accounts and petty cash on a regular basis.Record payroll entries and social insurance transactions.Maintain fixed asset register and process depreciation entries.Track and reconcile medical supplies and inventory costs.Ensure compliance with Egyptian Tax Authority (ETA) requirements including VAT filing and withholding tax.Coordinate with external auditors and prepare supporting schedules as needed.Prepare periodic financial reports for management review.
