Accounting & Business Support AssociateCairo, EgyptTSC is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Support Associate to join our Cairo office.This is a diverse role that combines accounting, payroll, and business administration, making it ideal for a professional who enjoys working across multiple business functions. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the Finance team while ensuring efficient administrative operations and accurate payroll processing.About the RoleBusiness Support Associate will provide day-to-day support across finance and business operations, ensuring the timely execution of accounting activities, payroll coordination, and administrative functions.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport daily accounting operations, including recording financial transactions and maintaining accurate financial recordsProcess accounts payable and receivable transactionsPrepare bank reconciliations and assist with month-end closing activitiesAssist in preparing financial reports and supporting schedulesCoordinate monthly payroll and maintain payroll records, ensuring timely and accurate processingLiaise with payroll providers and support payroll-related documentationProvide administrative support across the business, including documentation, correspondence, and record managementCoordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and office administrationPrepare reports, presentations, and business documentationSupport budgeting, audits, and other finance-related activitiesCoordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to support business operationsQualifications & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field2-4 years of experience in accounting, finance, payroll, or business administrationExcellent EnglishSolid understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping practicesExperience coordinating payroll and maintaining payroll recordsProficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applicationsExperience with ERP, accounting, or payroll systems is preferredStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skillsHigh attention to detail and ability to manage multiple prioritiesAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial informationStrong communication and stakeholder management skills
