Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Accounting & Compliance Manager with direct, hands-on experience in Saudi Arabia (KSA). This is a critical hire responsible for ensuring full compliance with KSA regulatory, tax, and accounting requirements while supporting financial operations across client engagements.This role is suited to someone who has worked directly within the Saudi regulatory environment and can operate independently with minimal oversight.Key ResponsibilitiesLead all accounting and financial reporting activities in line with KSA regulationsEnsure full compliance with ZATCA (VAT, WHT, CIT) requirements, filings, and auditsManage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statementsOversee bookkeeping, reconciliations, and management accountsHandle tax filings and compliance submissions (VAT returns, withholding tax, corporate tax where applicable)Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory authorities in KSAEnsure compliance with Saudi labor, GOSI, and statutory requirementsSupport implementation and maintenance of internal controls and financial governance frameworksAssist in financial planning, cash flow management, and reporting for managementRequirements (Must-Have)Direct, hands-on experience in KSA accounting and compliance (non-negotiable)Strong working knowledge of ZATCA regulations, VAT, WHT, and Saudi tax frameworkProven experience preparing and submitting tax filings in Saudi ArabiaSolid understanding of IFRS and local compliance requirementsMinimum 3–6+ years of relevant experienceExperience working with SMEs, advisory firms, or multi-entity structures preferredHigh proficiency in Excel and accounting systemsFluency in English and Arabic (written and spoken)ProfileDetail-oriented and highly reliableAble to operate independently and take ownershipStrong commercial awareness (not just technical accounting)Comfortable working in a lean, fast-paced environmentCompensationFlexible structure (full-time / part-time / retainer-based)Competitive, based on experiencePerformance-linked upside where applicable
