The role's scope will be distributed between the Head Office in Maadi and the Manufacturing Plants in Badr City, requiring a dynamic leader capable of establishing efficient financial bridges between corporate management and production sites.The ideal candidate must possess deep, dual expertise in construction project/contracting accounting (including client and subcontractor invoicing/claims) as well as industrial cost accounting for manufacturing, with a strong preference for experience utilizing ERP systems, particularly Odoo.Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Leadership & Supervision: Manage, mentor, and direct the accounting team, ensuring accurate and timely execution of daily financial activities across both the Maadi and Badr City locations.Construction & Project Accounting: Oversee the preparation and review of project invoices and payment applications (for both clients and subcontractors), monitor project-specific cash flows, and perform variance analyses (Actual vs. Budgeted costs).Cost & Industrial Accounting: Monitor, analyze, and update production cost structures within the specialized factories (Wood, Aluminum, Iron, and Marble), tracking raw materials, wastage rates, labor, and manufacturing overheads (MOH).Accounting System Management: Ensure proper accounting allocation, workflow integrity, and accurate data entry across the company’s financial systems, preferably ERP systems like Odoo.Financial Reporting & Statements: Prepare balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements, periodic financial packages, and closing analyses for senior management and the General Manager.Tax Compliance: Supervise the preparation, filing, and auditing of all applicable taxes (VAT, Corporate Tax, Payroll Tax, and WHT), and manage relations with tax authorities.Treasury & Banking: Manage corporate banking relationships, cash flows, Letters of Credit (LCs), and Letters of Guarantee (LGs) required for construction projects Candidate Profile (Requirements)Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (Accounting Major).
