- Manage all accounting functions including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Treasury, and Bank Reconciliation.- Lead the monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness.- Prepare financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, and Statement of Changes in Equity) and present management reports.- Ensure full compliance with all tax types: Payroll Tax, Income Tax, Withholding Tax, VAT, and specifically Freezone Tax regulations.- Assist in preparing annual budgets and financial forecasts and provide variance analysis.- Oversee Fixed Assets register, Depreciation, Provisions, Accruals, and Prepaid Expenses.- Supervise the accounting modules of the ERP system, ensure data accuracy, system configuration, and integration.- Train and develop finance team members on ERP usage and accounting best practices.- Review payroll process and coordinate with HR on employee status changes, benefits, and deductions.- Monitor aging reports (AR/AP) and implement strategies to improve cash flow and reduce outstanding balances. - Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.- Minimum 10 years of progressive accounting experience.- At least 3 years in a managerial role (leading a team).- English is a must.- Experience in Freezone companies is must.- Strong knowledge of IFRS and Egyptian tax laws (VAT, WHT, Payroll, Freezone Tax).- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, IF, SUMIFS).- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, SAP, or similar).
