The Accounting Manager will oversee financial operations, including the preparation of financial statements, management of journal entries, and maintenance of fixed asset records. The role will require ensuring compliance with financial regulations, managing budgets, analyzing financial data, and collaborating with other departments to support the company's goals. Effective team leadership and reporting are key aspects of this position. Qualifications Proficiency in Financial Statements preparation and reportingStrong Analytical Skills for financial data assessment and decision-makingExpertise in Journal Entries (Accounting) and Fixed Assets managementKnowledge and experience in Finance principles and practicesStrong organizational and problem-solving skillsExcellent leadership abilities and the capacity to manage teams effectivelyAdvanced proficiency with accounting software and financial toolsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is advantageousFamiliarity with local financial regulations and standards
