You'll play a critical role in managing our day-to-day accounting activities and guiding a dedicated team.Key Responsibilities:Supervise and mentor a team of accounting professionals, fostering growth and high performance.Oversee all aspects of general ledger accounting, accounts payable, and accounts receivable, ensuring impeccable record-keeping.Execute complex calculations with absolute precision, verifying data integrity across all financial statements.Strategically manage and optimize our collection processes, maintaining healthy cash flow.Prepare and analyze comprehensive financial reports, offering insights that drive informed business decisions.Ensure strict adherence to accounting principles, company policies, and relevant financial regulations.Collaborate with various departments to streamline financial workflows and enhance efficiency within our Logistics/Supply Chain operations.Actively participate in month-end and year-end close processes, contributing to timely and accurate financial reporting.Skills & Technologies: This role demands a strong command of Accounting principles, exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and a keen eye for Detail Orientation.
