Here's what we're looking for in our ideal Accounts Receivable Manager:Proven Experience: 7+ years of progressive experience in accounts receivable, with at least 3 years in a management role.Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Accounts Receivable principles and practices, Accounting software, and Microsoft Excel. Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting requirements.Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a team.Analytical Abilities: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make sound judgments.Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders.Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
