Accounts Receivable Section Head

Oversee the full accounts receivable cycle including invoicing, collections, and reconciliationsMonitor customer accounts to ensure timely payments and resolve discrepanciesDevelop and implement effective credit control policiesReview aging reports and take necessary actions to minimize overdue balancesCoordinate with sales and other departments to resolve billing issuesPrepare periodic AR reports and provide insights to managementEnsure compliance with company policies and accounting standardsLead, mentor, and evaluate the AR team performance Proven experience in Accounts Receivable with at least 4–6 years, including leadership experiencePrevious experience in Cosmetics, FMCG, or similar industries is highly preferredStrong knowledge of accounting principles and AR processesExperience with ERP systems (SAP is a MUST)Advanced proficiency in Microsoft ExcelStrong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and negotiation skills
