The Accounts Receivable Specialist plays a crucial role in managing and maintaining the financial health of Nawy Real Estate by ensuring timely and accurate billing and collections. This role involves processing customer invoices, tracking payments, and managing the company's accounts receivable to optimize cash flow. The Accounts Receivable Specialist will collaborate with various departments to resolve discrepancies and support financial reporting.Key Responsibilities:Generate and send invoices to customers in a timely mannerRecord and post incoming payments accurately into the accounting systemMonitor accounts receivable aging reports to identify overdue accounts and follow up with customers as necessaryAssist in resolving customer billing inquiries and disputes with professionalism and efficiencyMaintain organized records of invoices, payments, and account activitySupport month-end closing activities by reconciling accounts receivable balancesPrepare regular reports on collections and account status for management reviewAdhere to internal controls and accounting policies to ensure complianceContribute to process improvements to enhance the efficiency of accounts receivable operationsRequirementsThe ideal candidate will possess:A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field (preferred but not required)1-3 years of experience in accounts receivable or a related finance roleStrong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial transactionsExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and experience with accounting softwareStrong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
