About The RoleThe Acquisition Specialist grows Octane's O-care network by acquiring and onboarding vehicle care and automotive aftermarket partners: service centers, spare parts, tires, batteries, and oil providers. This is a target-driven, relationship-heavy field role: identifying and prioritizing partners, pitching the Ocare value proposition, negotiating onboarding terms, and bringing new partners live in coordination with the operations team. The role expands the reach and quality of Octane's vehicle-care offering across Egypt.What You'll Be Doing Identify and prioritize target Ocare partners (automotive service centers, spare-parts, tires, batteries, and oil providers) to expand coverage and service quality Approach partner owners, managers, and dealers; pitch the Ocare value proposition and the benefits of joining the network. Negotiate onboarding terms and commercial agreements Manage the acquisition pipeline end-to-end: from lead to signed and activated partner, with clean CRM/tracking hygiene Hand off newly signed partners to the onboarding/activation workflow and confirm successful go-live. Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, supporting retention and service quality standards. Gather market intelligence on competitor activity, pricing, and partner sentiment in the vehicle-care space; feed it back to leadership. Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly acquisition targets.What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree (Business or related) preferred; equivalent field experience considered. 1–3 years in field sales, B2B acquisition, partnerships, or account management, ideally in automotive aftermarket, service centers, FMCG, fintech, or related field roles. Strong negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building skills. Comfortable with field travel and a target-driven environment. Fluent Arabic; good English.Nice To Have Existing relationships within Egypt's automotive service-center / aftermarket ecosystem.
