This role requires strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and the ability to execute designs aligned with marketing performance goals.Key ResponsibilitiesAd Creative DesignDesign high-converting ad creatives for digital marketing campaigns across platformsCreate visually engaging graphics tailored for paid ads, aligned with campaign objectivesDevelop CTV video creatives and support video-based advertising initiativesDesign Execution & Asset CreationUse Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) to produce high-quality assetsAdapt creatives for multiple formats, sizes, and platforms while maintaining consistencyLeverage AI tools to generate design concepts, variations, and creative assets efficientlyBrand & Creative DevelopmentSupport the development and maintenance of brand guidelines, including typography, color palettes, and visual directionEnsure all assets align with a cohesive and recognizable brand identityPerformance & Direct Response FocusApply direct response advertising principles to create creatives that drive engagement and conversionsIterate on designs based on performance data, testing results, and campaign feedbackCollaboration & IterationWork closely with marketing teams to align creative output with campaign strategiesContinuously test, refine, and optimize creatives across channelsQualificationsExperience2+ years of experience in graphic design, with a focus on ad creativesExperience designing for digital advertising platformsExperience or familiarity with CTV video creation is a plusSkillsStrong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)Ability to use AI tools for creative production and optimizationStrong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlinesCreative mindset with the ability to produce engaging visuals quicklyAbility to take feedback and iterate efficientlyStrong understanding of performance-driven design principlesWhat Success Looks LikeHigh-performing ad creatives that drive engagement and conversionsConsistent delivery of high-quality design assets aligned with campaign goalsContinuous improvement of creatives based on performance insightsOpportunityThis role offers the opportunity to work on performance-driven creative that directly impacts marketing results.
