Job Brief:The Administrative Assistant provides clerical, organizational, and administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of an office or department. This role involves managing schedules, handling communications, maintaining records, coordinating meetings, and assisting staff with various administrative tasks.Key ResponsibilitiesAnswer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain calendars.Prepare, edit, and distribute reports, presentations, and documents.Organize and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when needed.Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reports.Assist with data entry, recordkeeping, and database management.Greet visitors and provide general administrative support.Support special projects and departmental initiatives.Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information. Bachelor's degree .Proven experience in an administrative, clerical, or office support role.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office management software.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
