Key ResponsibilitiesReceive, record, and follow up on client requests.Track task progress and ensure timely completion.Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.Maintain work orders and operational documentation.Create and manage Sales Orders using Odoo ERP.Follow up on customer feedback and coordinate issue resolution.Maintain accurate records and filing systems.Coordinate with internal teams to support daily operations.
