Comet Architects + Interiors is looking for an organized and detail-oriented Admin Coordinator to join its team in Maadi, Cairo. The role supports daily office operations, recruitment coordination, internal follow-up, filing, vendor management, meeting organization, and management scheduling.Job Details Location: Maadi, Cairo Work Arrangement: On-site Employment Type: Full-Time Fresh graduates are welcome to applyKey Responsibilities Coordinate daily office and administrative requirements. Monitor office supplies, maintenance, vendors, and service providers. Maintain organized physical and digital filing systems. Update administrative trackers, records, and follow-up lists. Coordinate meetings, appointments, visitors, and internal requests. Support the CEO’s calendar, meetings, and daily priorities. Follow up on pending requests until completion. Post job vacancies on recruitment platforms and relevant groups. Screen CVs based on approved vacancy requirements. Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers. Maintain organized candidate records and recruitment trackers. Follow up with shortlisted candidates throughout the hiring process. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Management, Human Resources, or a related field. 0–2 years of relevant experienceStrong organization, communication, and follow-up skills. High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks. Good command of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace. Good written and spoken English. Ability to communicate professionally with candidates, employees, vendors, and management. Ability to work full-time on-site in Maadi. Fresh graduates with strong organizational skills, professional communication, and an ownership mindset are encouraged to apply.Please include your current location, relevant experience, notice period, and expected salary.
