• Manage administrative purchases (office supplies, furniture, service contracts).• Handle IT procurement (laptops, desktops, accessories).• Coordinate laptop maintenance & troubleshooting with vendors.• Maintain company assets registry (IT & office equipment).• Follow up on maintenance activities in office & warehouses.• Support HR in managing employee benefits (SIM cards, company devices).• Obtain & compare supplier quotations.• Monitor stock levels for office & IT supplies.• Control vendor performance and ensure cost efficiency.  • 1-3 years experience in Administration / IT Coordination.• Good knowledge of IT hardware & troubleshooting basics.• Experience in vendor management & purchasing cycle.• Strong negotiation & communication skills.• Good command of Microsoft Office.• Organized, proactive & detail-oriented.• Owning a private means of transportation is preferred due to regular site visits.
