This is a full-time, on-site role located in Nasr City, Cairo. The Admin is responsible for managing front desk operations, handling phone communications, greeting visitors, organizing schedules, and maintaining administrative records. Additional responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, assisting with general clerical tasks, and ensuring smooth daily operations within the office environment. QualificationsMales preffered Strong skills in Phone Etiquette and performing Receptionist Duties Competence in organizing administrative tasks and Clerical Skills Exceptional Communication and interpersonal abilities Proven Customer Service experience in a client-facing role Proficiency in basic computer skills and office software Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively Previous experience in administrative or receptionist roles is advantageous Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred but not required
