You will be responsible identifying potential leads to fuel our sales system ,creating Job posts for clients on Canva and managing internal data.ResponsibilitiesCreative Design & Branding:Design professional job posts using Canva.Update and refine existing presentation decks and visual assets.Lead Generation & Data Research:Identify and source high-quality leads suitable for our specialized system.Conduct market research to find potential clients within target industry sectors.Verify contact information and maintain an organized database of prospects.Administrative & Data Management:Prepare, organize, and clean data sets for internal use.Manage and update spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets) to track project progress or lead status.Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.QualificationsQualifications & SkillsExperience in HR Recruitment.Experience in Recruiting Agency.Technical Proficiency: Good command of Canva and Microsoft Excel.Experience: Proven experience in administrative roles, lead generation, or basic graphic design.Detail-Oriented: Ability to handle large volumes of data with high accuracy.Communication: Good level of English (written and verbal) for professional correspondence and content creation.
