Facilities & Site Operations: Manage end-to-end facilities operations for three manufacturing plants. Supervise refurbishment, renovation, and office relocation projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Plan and optimize space allocation across all premises to meet evolving business needs. Direct central services including reception, archiving, cleaning, waste disposal, and recycling.Administrative & Employee Services Leadership: Lead the full business travel cycle, including requests, approvals, per diem management, and policy compliance. Organize corporate events, staff welfare programs, and on-site administrative support activities. Oversee cafeteria management, housing, uniforms, and housekeeping functions.Operations & Logistics Management: Manage transportation operations, including contractor oversight, route and fleet optimization, and performance evaluation. Administer mobile communication systems, ensuring accurate usage monitoring, billing, and contract management.Compliance & Process Excellence: Develop, implement, and enforce facilities policies and procedures. Ensure optimal resource utilization and maintain compliance with all relevant standards.Qualifications & Experience: Education: A bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field. Experience: 6 to 9 years of overall experience in facility or operations management within a manufacturing environment. Leadership: A minimum of 3 years in a progressive managerial role, demonstrating a track record of leading teams and managing multi-site operations. Skills: Strong leadership, vendor management, and budgeting skills. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
