Lead and manage all administrative operations within the factory.Supervise administrative staff and ensure high performance and efficiency.Develop and implement administrative systems, policies, and procedures.Coordinate between HR, operations, finance, and production departments.Oversee facility management, office services, and support functions.Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.Manage documentation, reporting, and internal communication processes.Support senior management with operational and administrative insights.
