Education: A Bachelor's Degree is required, demonstrating a strong foundation in business administration, operations, or a related field.Experience: We're seeking a seasoned professional with 3-5 years of progressive experience in an administrative or operational management role, ideally within a manufacturing environment.Advanced command of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) for reporting, communication, and data management.Solid understanding of Manufacturing Operations and the unique administrative needs of a production environment.Demonstrated expertise in Office Management, including resource allocation, vendor relations, and facility coordination.Proven Team Leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop administrative staff.Strong Logistics Coordination abilities to ensure smooth flow of materials and information.
