Trust Engineering is seeking a highly organized and proactive Administration Officer to support daily business operations and ensure the smooth running of office activities. The successful candidate will coordinate administrative processes, manage documentation, support different departments, and help maintain an efficient and professional working environment.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organizing work, solving problems, and supporting business operations.Job DescriptionKey ResponsibilitiesManage daily office administration and operational activities.Organize, maintain, and update company records and filing systems (physical and electronic).Prepare letters, reports, quotations, meeting minutes, and official documents.Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements when required.Monitor office supplies and coordinate purchasing requirements.Communicate with suppliers, service providers, and external partners.Support HR activities including onboarding, attendance records, leave administration, and employee documentation.Assist the Sales, Finance, and Technical departments with administrative tasks.Follow up on internal requests and ensure timely completion.Coordinate courier services and document deliveries.Maintain confidentiality of company information.Support management with reports, presentations, and special projects.Ensure office facilities remain organized and fully operational.Contribute to continuous improvement of administrative processes.
