Be a part of Şişecam and let’s build a world of progress and prosperity together.More about the RoleFollow up and coordinate all outsourced administrative services, including (Packaging outsourced labor, Catering, Cleaning, Transportation, Security, Garden & landscaping services, Rented vehicles and related services)Review and follow up monthly invoices and service reports for all outsourcing vendorsMonitor attendance, time evaluation, and working plans for outsourced employees and service providersCoordinate with internal departments and external suppliers to ensure smooth daily operationsSupport compliance with company policies, Egyptian Labor Law, and Social Insurance regulationsMaintain administrative records, contracts, and related documentationPrepare reports, administrative analyses, and operational follow-ups when requiredEnsure proper delivery and quality of outsourced servicesAll About YouBachelor’s degree in business administration or any relevant fieldProven experience in manufacturing plants or industrial organizations Administration, HR Operations, or Facility CoordinationExperience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP SuccessFactors is requiredStrong Microsoft Excel skillsGood understanding of (Attendance & Time Evaluation, Working Plans / Shift Scheduling, Egyptian Labor Law, Social Insurance regulations)Very good command of EnglishStrong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skillsHigh level of organization and attention to detailPreferably residents of 6th of October City or nearby areas
