Manage and maintain the calendar, appointments, and meeting schedules of assigned manager.Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flight bookings, hotel reservations, transportation, and travel itineraries.Organize and schedule meetings, conference calls, and virtual meetings between local and abroad teams.Prepare meeting invitations, agendas, minutes of meetings, and follow up on action items when required.Coordinate communication and scheduling between internal departments, clients, and external stakeholders.Process and track driver allowances and related approvals in accordance with company procedures.Maintain accurate records of travel bookings, approvals, meeting schedules, and administrative documents.Support with administrative tasks, reports, presentations, and correspondence.Ensure all travel and meeting logistics are arranged efficiently and in a timely manner.Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.Review, process, and obtain approvals for driver allowances, ensuring all requests are accurately documented and submitted in accordance with company policies.Manage a high volume of emails and phone calls on behalf of the assigned manager, coordinating with internal teams, clients, suppliers, and external stakeholders to ensure timely communication and follow-up on pending matters. Females onlyBachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.1-2 years of experience in administrative, or office coordination roles.Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Excellent communication and coordination abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.Ability to work under pressure and manage changing priorities.Professional attitude, attention to detail, and strong follow-up skills.Fluent Arabic and English, French is preferred as well.
