Location: Zahraa El Maadi, Ring Road, beside Carrefour Maadi.The Administrative Officer will support the day-to-day administrative operations of the company, including human resources, financial coordination, contract administration, and social media follow-up.This role requires a detail-oriented and proactive person who can coordinate effectively across departments and help ensure smooth workflow execution. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field 2–5 years of relevant experience in administration, HR, or coordination roles Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently Basic understanding of labor laws and accounting principles Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with different stakeholders Familiarity with social media platforms and basic content coordination is a plus
