You will leverage your expertise in office management and your proactive approach to support both general administrative tasks and specific projects, including overseeing critical teams across our factory operations.Responsibilities:Efficiently manage and execute a wide array of administrative and office management tasks.Coordinate and arrange meetings, schedules, and various appointments with meticulous attention to detail.Proactively follow up on projects and initiatives, ensuring timely completion and adherence to objectives.Supervise and provide guidance to the buffet and office cleaning team, maintaining a pristine and organized workspace.Oversee and support the security and cleaning teams across all our factory locations, ensuring high standards are met.Contribute to and manage tasks related to expert logistics and other specialized expertise areas.Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the Vice President of our company, aiding in the overall management of key initiatives.Skills & Technologies:Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Strong command of Administration principles and best practices.Demonstrated expertise in Office Management.Exceptional Communication and Presentation Skills.Proven ability in Problem-Solving and critical thinking.Excellent Follow-up and organizational capabilities.Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, is essential.Growth Opportunities: This role is designed for an individual eager to grow within a fast-paced and supportive environment.
