This role requires a proactive, highly organized professional who can manage multiple priorities, maintain accuracy across tasks, and operate effectively in a dynamic environment.Key ResponsibilitiesCalendar & Email ManagementManage the executive’s calendar, schedule meetings, and organize daily prioritiesDraft and respond to emails in a timely and professional mannerAdministrative SupportProvide general administrative support including data entry, expense management, and filingManage logistics such as travel arrangements, meeting coordination, and office operationsCommunication ManagementEnsure smooth communication between the executive and internal or external stakeholdersPrepare documents, reports, and presentations as neededData Tasks & ReportingOrganize, track, and maintain accurate data recordsAssist in preparing reports and maintaining structured data systemsLogistics CoordinationCoordinate travel, events, and business-related logisticsEnsure all arrangements run smoothly and efficientlyCross-Departmental SupportSupport team members across departments as neededHandle requests promptly and professionallyQualificationsExperience2+ years of experience in an executive assistant or administrative support roleExperience working in fast-paced environmentsSkillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to draft professional correspondenceStrong organizational skills, with the ability to manage complex calendars and multiple prioritiesProficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and common tools such as Zoom and SlackFamiliarity with project management software is a plusStrong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and completeness in all tasksProblem-solving mindset with the ability to proactively address issues and take initiativeWhat Success Looks LikeThe executive’s calendar is consistently organized and optimized with minimal scheduling conflictsCommunications are high-quality, error-free, and delivered promptlyAdministrative tasks are completed efficiently with minimal follow-up requiredData and records are accurate, organized, and easily accessibleLogistics and coordination are executed smoothly without disruptionsOpportunityThis role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
