Prepare shipping documents (invoices, purchase orders, bills of lading). Manage the CEO’s schedule, including meetings, emails, calls, and daily logistics. Handle correspondence (emails, memos, letters, forms). Assist in preparing regular reports. Organize filing systems and support internal processes. Update and maintain office policies and procedures. Order office supplies and coordinate with suppliers. Maintain and update contact lists. Submit and reconcile expense reports. Follow up on administrative tasks and document submissions. Perform accurate data entry Bachelor’s degree. 2–4 years of experience in an administrative role. Strong knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
