Job DescriptionTo manage and support all human resources and administrative functions, including recruitment, personnel operations, attendance, payroll coordination, and general administrative tasks, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and compliance with company policies.Key Responsibilities:HR Functions:Handle the full recruitment cycle (posting jobs, screening, interviews, hiring).Manage employee records, files, and HR documentation.Monitor attendance, leaves, and overtime records.Prepare and support payroll data (attendance, deductions, incentives).Ensure compliance with labor law and company policies.Handle onboarding and offboarding processes.Address employee inquiries and support employee relations.Administrative Functions:Oversee daily administrative operations of the office/site.Manage office supplies, assets, and service providers.Coordinate maintenance, security, and facility-related matters.Organize internal logistics and support different departments.Handle official correspondence and documentation.Digital Marketing & Social Media Function:Manage the company's presence across Facebook, Instagram, and other assigned social media platforms.Administer Meta Business Suite, including page management, user access, business assets, and account permissions.Coordinate page verification, business verification, and platform compliance requirements.Monitor and manage digital subscriptions, advertising payments, and platform billing.Create, schedule, and publish social media content according to the company's marketing calendar.Coordinate with graphic designers and content creators to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials.Review artwork, marketing creatives, and promotional content to ensure brand consistency and business objectives are met before publishing.Coordinate the execution of paid advertising campaigns and monitor campaign implementation with external agencies or internal stakeholders.Respond to basic customer inquiries received through social media channels or direct them to the appropriate department.Monitor page performance, engagement, and basic campaign metrics, preparing periodic performance reports.Maintain digital assets and ensure all company social media accounts remain secure, active, and properly managed.Stay informed about updates to Meta platforms and recommend improvements to enhance the company's digital presence. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Commerce, or relevant field.2–5 years of experience in HR & Administration.Good knowledge of Egyptian labor law and HR practices.Experience in attendance and payroll processes.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).Strong communication and organizational skills.High level of confidentiality and attention to detail.
