• Manage all administrative operations across service centers, showrooms, workshops, and office locations• Oversee transportation, fleet coordination, accommodation arrangements, and travel management for staff and business operations• Supervise administrative teams and ensure smooth day-to-day operations across multiple branches and service locations• Manage office budgets, petty cash, procurement processes, vendor relations, and cost control initiatives• Coordinate facility management, maintenance schedules, office services, and branch operational support• Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency and compliance• Support aftersales operations by ensuring strong administrative coordination across service workshops and customer-facing departments• Coordinate with service managers, operations teams, HR, finance, and senior management to ensure seamless business support• Monitor administrative KPIs, service support performance, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement• Ensure compliance with company standards, operational policies, and internal controls across all locations• Lead vendor negotiations and cost optimization initiatives to improve operational efficiency and reduce expenses • Minimum 10+ years of experience in Administration, Office Management, or Facilities Management• Proven experience in a managerial role leading administrative teams across multiple locations• Strong experience in budget management, petty cash, procurement, and vendor negotiations• Experience in fleet management, transportation coordination, and logistics operations• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills• Ability to develop policies, procedures, and operational controls• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP& Oracle is a strong advantage• Strong analytical mindset with reporting and performance monitoring experience• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively
