Lead and oversee all administrative operations across the factory and related sites to ensure uninterrupted production support.Develop, implement, and standardize administrative policies and SOPs in alignment with food industry regulations.Manage facility operations including maintenance, utilities, security, housekeeping, transportation, and catering services.Ensure full compliance with governmental regulations, labor laws, health & safety standards, and food safety requirements.Control and monitor the administrative budget for large-scale operations, ensuring cost optimization and efficiency.Oversee vendor management, contract negotiation, and service level agreements (SLAs) to maintain high service standards.Supervise and lead a large administrative team, including performance management and workforce planning.Coordinate closely with Production, Supply Chain, HR, Quality, and Finance departments to support operational continuity.Manage company assets, inventory control, and procurement of administrative supplies and services.Implement cost-reduction initiatives and continuous process improvement strategies.Oversee transportation and accommodation logistics for employees when applicable.Prepare executive-level reports and KPIs related to administrative performance and operational support. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Industrial Management, or a related field.10–15 years of progressive administrative experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within a large manufacturing environment (preferably food industry).Proven experience in facility and general services management within industrial operations.Strong knowledge of occupational health & safety standards and food safety regulations.Demonstrated experience in annual budget planning, cost control, and expense optimization.Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing large, multi-functional teams.Excellent negotiation skills with solid experience in vendor and contract management.Experience in preparing executive-level reports and monitoring KPIs.Proficiency in ERP systems; SAP experience is highly preferred.Advanced user of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
