Key Responsibilities Greet and welcome visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor. Maintain visitor logs and ensure compliance with security procedures. Oversee the procurement of office supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate inventory levels are maintained. Monitor and ensure smooth operation of office utilities (internet, phones, etc.) Organize meeting room bookings and coordinate logistics for internal meetings Oversee medical insurance processes including offers, renewals, employee additions/removals, and claims issues. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in an administrative role. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
