We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Officer to join our reputable law firm. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative operations, supporting legal teams, and maintaining professional communication standards.Key Responsibilities:Manage daily administrative tasks and office operations efficiently.Handle correspondence, including professional emails and official documents.Organize and maintain filing systems (physical and electronic).Coordinate meetings, appointments, and schedules.Track attendance and assist in payroll preparation.Support basic accounting tasks, including preparing simple financial reports.Liaise with clients and ensure a high level of professionalism at all times.Assist legal staff with administrative support when required. Qualifications & Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.Excellent command of English (written and spoken) is a must.Good understanding of basic accounting principles.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).Strong organizational and multitasking skills.High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
