We also offer a range of farmer services and risk management solutions.Job Purpose and ImpactThe Administrative Specialist - Reception, will organize and deliver a wide range of administrative services. In this role, you will ensure efficient operation of the facility or office related space to employee requests, inventory resource management, logistics and security procedures. Collaborate and coordinate internal and external messengers, drivers, etc.Key Accountabilities Ensure that facilities or office function correctly - arrange for timely minor maintenance and repair. Review inventory and provision periodically to ensure sufficient range of products to meet employee needs in line with the budget. Act as first point of contact for visitors, represents and supports the organization’s collaboration with external vendors. Leads the office events organization, visits, and internal initiatives, contributing to employee experience and engagement. Manages all travel arrangements across the Cargill operations in Egypt - empolyees, as well as visitor arrangements end-to-end (transportation, accommodation, logistics, etc.). Cooperate in the continuous improvement of company quality, safety and productivity standards. Provides training and oversees work of administrative clerks and drivers - allocating tasks, monitoring performance, and leading their appraisal process. Handle basic issues and problems under direct supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff. Other duties as assignedQualificationsMinimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience. MS Office – advanced knowledge of MS Excel especially. Proven background in administrative and facility management operations. Strong teamwork, communication and collaboration skills. Fluent English language skills – written and verbal. Preferred Qualifications Computer literate with experience using word processing and spreadsheet applications. Familiriaty of SAP ERP, Oracle, etc. Work experience in matrix organizations would be considered an advantage. People management background – responsible for others.
